The change of seasons is a great opportunity to practice strong Tai Chi exercises - to let go of the "old" energy and invite those opportunities for growth that are available "here and now" into yourself.
One such practical exercise is the fan movement from the Tai Chi dance sequence.
"The wind sweeps away the autumn leaves" - 秋風掃落葉 (other times also 風掃秋葉) qīufēng săo luòyè.
This movement from the Taiji dance with a fan, which is described in lines of poetry - as a symbolic text with a deep and wide meaning.
This is also one of the idioms of the Chinese language. "as the autumn wind sweeps away the fallen leaves... so the 'old' goes with one clear, clean stroke"
Autumn, wind or autumn wind gusts, sacrifices - which in an instant take away the "old, passing away"... This idiom is also used today to talk about various types of "victory". In the first version, we think of the autumn wind and autumn leaves ... but in the second version of the expression, it is the wind, which in early spring with a strong gust blows away the leaves of the last autumn that still cling to the trees .. and then spring can return to the earth.
