At some point I decided and created another account - devoted just for Tai Chi Fan. Here I publish my short Tai Chi Fan videos. Additionally I support other Tai Chi practitioners and share their practice of Tai Chi Fan in my stories as often as possible, you can see all shared content in HIGHLIGHTS section. In this way we slowly create community of enthusiasts who are in love with this particular instrument of practice.

WARM UP
The very first section in this course is Warm up - the way we usually practice warming up part in our tai chi fan class.
Some people in my class choose to practice warm up without fans (not holding in hand)as quite often when you are just starting practice with Tai Chi fan - you feel tension in your hand, however it will disappear with time. It is very nice and warm feeling to do it - holding fans in your hand when you warm up.
These warm up exercises could be familiar for you or some new. With time and practice you freely add there what suites you or what is needed more. Those could be specific techniques you want additional training or new exercises. This part we are showing together with my student Madara.
There are 2 parts in warming up - I have split them in 2 videos:
The next 2 sections Tai Chi Fan Flow. Beginning part and Tai Chi Fan Flow. Ending part. are parts of movements that start and end the whole sequence. Usually we start our learning process of the sequence with those 2 parts - beginning and ending part
We start with the first part - which is beginning part.
BEGINNING PART
The beginning part of the whole sequence (of 144+ movements) consists of 8 movements. 1.-8.
There is the lesson in the text format with the list of movements. It is the first lesson in every section except partner work bonus parts.
Such text lesson is added to all parts - all sections of the course.

with my explanations and practice together with video if you like. Both views available in separate lessons.

ENDING PART
8 ENDING Movements part FOR ALL SEASONS - movement sequence names..
The ending part of the whole sequence consists of 8 movements as well. 145. - 153. There is the lesson in the text format with the list of movements too.
It is like conclusion, finalization, closing part, focusing energy and concentrating energy at the final movements and bringing in, returning home and receiving energies, followed by silent moment … standing meditation as long as you like and enjoy. Letting your body receive healing energies of QI flow through your body for rejuvenation.
When you learn all 16 movements of beginning and closing parts - you will feel for a while that you are doing the wonderful short sequence of Tai Chi Fan flow.
Afterwards you use BEGINING and ENDING part all along.
It feels like poem - you have part of poem that always now is with you.
The next “job” is to study BODY of movements: 9. - 145.
Day by day you study the new movement. When you are familiar with the one movement or combination of several ones then you incorporate it in between Beginning and Ending parts.
I have filmed and explaining movements as flow of several moves so they are presented together as specific "formula" - how they flow one into another.
SEASONS
There are 4 parts in the BODY of movements.
These are 4 seasons of the year so the other name of The long TAI CHI FAN FLOW SEQUENCE is “SEASONS” or “FOUR SEASONS”:
SPRING 9. - 34. (26 original movements) Tai Chi Fan Flow. Spring.
***springtime has bonus part we recorded with my student
Madara together Bonus part 1. Springtime. Partner Tai Chi Fan flow play.
SUMMER 35. - 68. (33 original movements) Tai Chi Fan Flow. Part 2: Summer.
AUTUMN 69. - 111. (42 original movements)Tai Chi Fan Flow. Part 3: Autumn
WINTER 112. - 145. (33 original movements) Tai Chi Fan Flow. Part 4: Winter.
and winter has bonus part too!
It is up to you - which part you choose to study first, yet I recommend to start with SPRING movements - this would be the easiest part to study, afterward the skill level slowly increases as well the flexibility.
There is option - you can practice each season separately.
Incorporate all moves of particular season between beginning and ending part.
Thank you for writing me all these questions - I will add this short manual to the course instructions for easier reference and with all the links as well :)
At some point I will add the whole sequence with movement names and narration. That will be great at that moment - when you have studied the whole sequence and need the quick reference.
In introductory part I say - that there is book for this sequence in .pdf format.
It is still the work in progress but I hope I will finish it very soon - could be ready around February 2025.
